Day Ticket – Multi-Day Ticket

Important: Special Rates

All special rates such as day or multi-day tickets must be purchased immediately or at least within 7 hours after entering the parking garage directly at the ticket machines. After this time limit, special rates are no longer available!

Instructions:

1.      Select desired language (first button)

2.      Select the day ticket button

3.      Insert the ticket received at the entrance

4.      Select the desired number of days and confirm with OK

5.      Pay the calculated rate in cash or by card (card: only works at the ticket machine 2)

6.      The special rate ticket will be valid for the selected period selected (1 to 14 days), 24 hours per day, and must be used for all individual entries and exits (and also if the barrier is open!)

The special rate tickets expire after your selected period (1 to 14 days) on the exact time of your first entry into the parking garage. If you exceed the selected time limit, the difference can be paid at the ticket machines.

One Week Ticket – Two Weeks Ticket

For a One Week Ticket, you take a ticket at the entrance and pay within one week at the ticket machine. For a Two Weeks Ticket, payment is required within two weeks. With these kind of tickets, you cannot enter and exit your car during the selected time period. The ticket expires after one or two weeks on the exact time of your first entry. Exceeded minutes can be paid at the ticket machines.
